Introduction

A simple and short group game all about trying to make each other crack a smile. Participants take turns being ‘kitties’ and ‘puppies’. The puppies try to make the kitties crack a smile or laugh. The last kitty standing is the winner! An original from The Northern Quarter Agency.

Necessary tools (what you need)

  • Use a video conferencing tool of your choice.

Steps

  1. Split the group in two and have them change their background: half of the group will use a picture of a kitten and half of a puppy.
  2. Kittens cannot smile or laugh. Puppies must say hello (one by one) to the kittens in any way possible and try to make any of them smile or laugh. Everything is allowed.
  3. When a kitten smiles or laughs, it automatically becomes a puppy and must change the background picture to a puppy. Continue until only one kitten is left standing as the winner!

Tips & Tricks

  • To extend the game: Switch kittens into puppies and do it again; OR make the winning kittens into a team, see which one lasts longer.
